I think uoft has stronger ML research, but i think we also do a decent amount of research
we're also mainly known for a few specific departments

bc people would rather make money at hrt than grind for tenure. On a side note I think we're actually pretty strong in QF. I think Radix, JS, HRT, and Cit hire a lot from us. Not sure about other firms.
