So what I think they're doing and my friends at other tech companies have heard this too is that they're cracking down on sophomore interns trying to get returning intern offers

C1 doesn't care about TIP -> TDP, they want that because that's the whole point of the TIP program

Their TDP classes are usually pretty big too but they fill a good amount with TIP returns
