i am kinda dumb though i have 0 mobile dev knowledge beside a VERY tiny amount of react native

so idk why i applied for. mobile dev tbh

what do you think about the future of tiktok given the ban?

I'm only on week 3 of my time here so dunno if I'm the best to ask haha
but so far I can say that the work styles part of culture at tiktok is pushed pretty hard

I'd say the biggest one that stands out to me is the one about being candid and clear

from day 1 I've been encouraged to speak my mind, ask any questions, challenge the status quo

in terms of the rest, my team is pretty serious I think

like people actually do work

only need to come in 3 days/week to the office but most of my team comes in 5

oh right biggest thing is that it's super common to have a portion of your team in singapore, australia

so evening meetings at least once a week

Do you guys know how long it will normally take the recruiters to respond? I applied a few jobs 11 days ago and it still shows resume screening... And is it because I applied to a position in Sydney by mistake and also did the OA?

As mentioned, the order in which you applied matters. You will be evaluated for the first position you applied for, and while you're in that process in blocks the rest
