I have applied for 100+ jobs with the same content but other formats resume. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE replied saying "your experience and qualifications are impressive, but we have identified other candidates whose skills are a closer match for the position.",

Also I forget to mention that I'm currently based in India and applied to a us based role who can sponsors H1B. But still apart from SIG and Ziprecruiter for new grad role , I never got opportunity to interview any US company. Please tell me what's wrong with my resume and how can I improve it to stand out.

Your guidance and suggestions will help me a lot in my career prospects.

Yeah away with the column. I also recommend not using anything BUT google docs to format everything. you have to manually add spaces to get the date on the right side for example. I dont even use Tabs cause you dont know if the other side supports tabs

Also the links section isn't the best because if they print your resume out then those blobs of text dont mean anything
