wired, my process is I have to team match before four round onsite

I don’t know why some people could skip this

Exactly. But the weird thing is most of the job postings seem fake. I got contacted by another recruiter for another role and when I requested her to schedule my onsite interviews she started ghosting me and eventually got rejection email for that role.

No L4. For early career I didn’t even heard back. However the process should be same for all I guess

The recruiter also told me that, but it can’t explain why some people could avoid this rule, jump into the onsite without phone and team match
