Probably don't need coursework cause it's all standard CS coursework. I would put experience above skills, but it's probably fine either way. You might be able to just drop the (CLUB) cause it should be obvious that those are clubs.

You have good full-stack projects though, and some solid past experience

None of the courses you have on there are especially interesting since they are pretty common for a CS degree. You could just remove all of them if you wanted

at least for workday applications, I don't think they have any special keyword features
