My on site is virtual as they haven't moved back since COVID yet

And I'm one interview into it, but the rest has been delayed a bit

So far what I've gotten has focused more on good design decisions than hitting me with hard LCs

My first interviewer did present at an industry night here

And talked about a lot of good applicants (specifically competitive programmers) getting cut out round one for code readability and design issues
