#How do you get in contact with

linkedin, cold emailing, asking friends for first point of contact, asking friends for recruiter emails in the org
generally asking friends for first point of contact / recruiter email in the org, if ur friend is close enough and willing to help push u along the process if the org has internal workplace groups like Meta, is even better
Cause if u dont get a response after a referral for a long time, stuff like that, they can advocate for u. Some orgs like amazon, might not be possible as the engineer to recruiter talk is pretty non-existent, so can depend. but just how i would go about it
I've never had any success doing it this way
yes, I will get in contact with the recruiter maybe but they just don't care. they just say like "I've forwarded your application"
however, when the recruiter reaches out to me, it's a completely different story: immediately scheduling call, pushing me to next round of interview ASAP
The question is that sometimes I don’t even know who the recruiters are?
yeah that's most of the time. you just have to ask your friends and they can find out within their company and tell you
or you can look on linkedin
By the time you know who the recruiters are, your resume had already passed the recruiter screen. Or else, you will generally not know who the recruiters are
Why asking people is the easiest way to do it
