Heya,
I like the format but I'm not sure if people add their "future jobs" under experience as they don't have it yet, the founding engineer role
- What does this company do? Multipurpose generative analytical AI app? Besides the metric, what does it actually do?
- Overhauling UI/UX, can this also be more specific, how did you decrease loadtime? "user suggestions" is seems generic
- Spearheaded -> Led, also you can insert the "used by 200+ members after the underlined community management bot
- How did you reduce security related vulnerabilities, it was mentioned you use ReactJS and Node.js, which are both skills but what exactly did you do to pull that 25% metric?
Your top-most project, modification suggestions implies there is calculation? if so you can expound on that or simply say, Integrated user input functionality, output shows a calculation of lifestyle modification suggestions for clarity
Also projects should be in order of latest to earliest
This is just a nitpick, Rather than students, you may opt to make it more broad like "users"
Also, I think you can benefit from having a skills section as a run down of all the things you know that you are comfortable sharing
I thought about this, but was told that would make the resume too cluttered and it was something to explain/expound on during the interview.
hmm alright then
So like the technical skill section?
Yes
Thanks for last 2, but for the 1st- how much detail should I go into about the company and our product?
You just want to highlight the general idea of what a product does
Just to give me insight on what the app (to an extent, you) is capable of
I just cant get any idea out of just multipurpose generative AI, like is it art? Is it writing? Is it calculating data?
It provides third party access to LLM’s and image generative models, and allows user to create unique experiences with those models by creating bots - similar to POE by quora.
I just thought when I created the resume that delving deep into what it was and how it works would take up space, and would be more important to explain in the interview if asked about it instead of on the resume
But maybe I’m wrong idk
Well, you aren't wrong, but you gotta ask yourself if you see it on the table, would you want to know more about this person, does it catch the intrigue?
Well being a founding engineer does but I still wanna know what you did
I see
Do you have any feedback on how I can radically reduce the amount of space im taking up? I was told that it’s imperative to get this down to 2 pages…anything that can be cut?
Sure, this is already provided when you mention Moderation commands
I wonder with this, as a founder, do you have any goals in mind when making this?
Like a mission
Example for Quora's POE, it was to "share and grow the world's knowledge", every AI kinda does it, but it makes the whole role better
That's just me tho
We want to become the Swiss Army knife of AI tools. One stop shop for AI models in general, and allow users to create powerful, personalized experiences with those models.
True
Yeah; although characterAI seems to be more for explicit content these days
ok, I have a better general idea of what your app does
Yeah. Poor on me for not condensing it into a single sentence.
