#June 2027 grad (intl freshman), cook me if you feel like it

Damn bro ur shit lowkey cracked, only thing I would really change is the date for the two projects
June - October 2022 you’re missing the 2022
I’m not entirely sure you’d need to have University of Oxford on that and an ATS scanner could give less of a crap about your interests so I think you should take those out too. But I’m not entirely certain about the Oxford being a project. Otherwise this is really good, you’ll get internships ez
we wrote a full paper i’ve just phrased it really shit
prolly gonna delete that for my treehacks project
and thanks for the rest of the advice 🙏👑
UHUH @buoyant patrol
for ur first research intern ur saying "Developing" u should just say what u did already (or just said pretend that you already did it)
ok bet
in ur last 2 projects u didnt include the year so u should
even if its in the same year cus it ruins the consistency
ye adding that now
u are pretty cracked tho
yo how do u get the research
where?
like high school research at oxford is crazy
and cmu
that’s prob the biggest names on ur resume
ngl u should put that under experience
would highlight it more
research counts as exp imo
Would condense a few of the experiences/projects down by 1 or 2 each. Then add more bullet points (with numbers) to your most valuable projects/experiences. —- If I receive a resume w/ incoming, I assume the applicant is already occupied.
Link to project >> date of project
I would try to find a way to move your SWE experience with Fledge up to the top, maybe order chronologically by end date instead?
Assuming you’re aiming for swe positions
But you’re set for research w this
cracked
yeah i’m tryna bag swe
i have a few more projects now i’ll add soon
🙏
@dawn wedge if you tryna drop a resume review i'd appreciate it pookie
heard some things bout you 👀
maybe someone already mentioned this, but you should dump the interests section
replace it with a concepts section
here's an example:
concepts section is so smart, i need to try that. Anything to flag ATS
yeah it's basically just a keyword dump
seemed to boost interview call rate for some members in this server
ig what's the difference between dumping them in skills as concepts vs dumping them as coursework?
bc i've lowkey been doing this with making up course names but ig i could fit more if it was listed in the skills section like that
coursework I think more so of as names of classes I took
concepts is more for specific concepts that aren't included in course names like agile methodologies, frontend/backend, and version control
gotcha, thanks!
sure!
okayyy gotchu
no mo interests
besides that like what should i do to add to the resume before soph recruiting
im intl so shits gonna be tuff
hackathons are low-commitment, braindead, actually fun, and make great additions to your resume :3 i saw your ping for resume review, i will come back if i have time!!
