when you do the survey youll be able to pick start date. afte that you wont be able to change it

I did answer those questions already but they didnt follow my answer

they had sent me the intake questions before the interview

And my recruiter has mentioned this in the offer email : "Although we cannot guarantee start date changes, please let me know if this start date does not work due to school or other reasons."

btw do any of you know on what basis do they decide the location? I have friends placed in various different locations, even though we all interviewed primarily for Seattle.
