just got out of a meeting discussing the offer. It's $160,000 base, 7000 RSUs over 4 years (currently valuated at $20 so for now $140,000 RSUs over 4 years). The TC for first year is $195k

hm round is standard behavioral. for technical be familiar with http requests in your language of choice (other topics that showed up were oop and argument parsing). None of the questions were LC-like in nature

I used Python - yeah I used requests and argparse (though I was already familiar with requests)

the questions require more than just making an http request (e.g. getting data from a request and manipulating it to get some piece of information), but you don't need to know much more than the basics: .get(), .post(), .json(), etc.)

whoops i mixed up the two (i thought you meant the first phone interview when you said hr). HM round is just standard tech questions (e.g. describe what you did in your past internships, past time you worked on a project, etc.)
