but normally they're gonna open it close to june

if this is for ie, idk abt the ia role

and mid chat he said if I had some processes rn they could start it sooner

I'm pretty sure it's the same for ia, but the ie 1st phone was just a behavioral chat gauging if u were interested/had the skills for that specific role

and both roles are like research-y/developing strategies so u should be fine in that sense
