last year it was phone screen-> karat, not sure about now

I did the OA first tho, I think they changed up the system

Hmm yeah that would make sense, OA is probably much more cost effective

what is learning + decomp exactly?

your recruiter will give you more info when the time comes. decomp = sys design but on a more pm-ish level id say. learning is just learning a new concept and talking w the interviewer thru ur thoughts etc.

My recruiter said it would just be about my past experiences, interests etc. It’s also just a 15 minute call lol

i think it was easy-med-ish? idrk if it was on lc

nor if there was any trick/algo used but its a simple arr problem
