Also, don't lead with the impact stuff. That's the last thing to say. Lead with what you did, and what you can do. Elevating retention by 20% is the kind of fluffery I ignored.

I love the roles and experience, you just bury the important stuff. Mention "Jest" first, for instance, I love Jest but almost didn't notice it.

I think the Navigator project bullets could be clearer... One bullet to describe the project, one bullet for how it was build, and a last bullet for the testing (which is good stuff).
