like we have more exp and you can pay me the same amount

it's pretty clear if you look at the number of postings

most big tech won't have even 1 posting for early career industry hire

Well, my personal experience seems to disagree

and for these postings it's usually 1 opening

whereas ng postings the hc is at least 10 if not 50

and then on top of that new grad is paid more too
