600+ apps applying for SWE, data sci/eng, ML jobs. What am i doing wrong?

Honestly it’s pretty good. It looks nice, and you’ve worded it well.
I would switch technical skills and education though
People read resumes top down, so I like to format it by what I want people to read first closer to the top
Maybe for the languages and frameworks you put beside each thing, limit it to the most important 2 or 3. It looks a bit messy having so many words there
In addition to that point ^^, you don’t have to repeat languages for everything you do. Like you don’t have to put python 4 times, the point is made after the first or second time. So you can reduce by doing that
