reread your resume for typos
if your project links are github links, i recommend just saying 'GitHub' to be more clear
for your education, you already said you have 3.6 gpa. putting that dean's list achievement is redundant
most of your bullet points start off pretty badly. Google the XYZ bullet point method and use that to make/remake your bullets, and try to focus on using the words: created, built, designed, implemented, developed as action words for the start of your bullets. improved is good too
you can rename technical skills to skills. since you are a swe, your skills will naturally be technical

Fix your bullet points like I mentioned. You need to focus more on the impact you did, and XYZ will help with that.
For example you reduced crashes by 35%, but you're only mentioning that at the end of the sentence on the second line of the bullet point. This metric should be mentioned at the start
