hmm honestly they're all some pretty dope choices. I wouldn't recommend av at nvidia since I think they're going thru some reorgs rn (rumors) but I'm not the best person to ask about that. Also HWE is dope, but if u want to stay swe I'd recommend sticking with SWE roles. I'm not super familiar with virtu so idk much about that. I'd stick with roblox or apple if I were in ur shoes. Roblox has higher TC while I think apple would give u better resume value. Can't go wrong with either. I'm a certified sell out tho so I would choose roblox

I like to value name brand recognition + looking at levels it doesn't look like virtu has that high tc compared to roblox
Also I personally think your career growth would be better at roblox compared to virtu if you're staying longer term (which is very possible considering the current market)

yeah the plan was to quant swe 5ish years and then move into senior swe at big tech
to maximize income

From my experience quant to swe can be harder than you'd think. My friends with quant experience are struggling to get the same interviews I''m getting rn from tech companies, but are drowning in quant interviews
So like if u wanna stay quant I'd recommend it
Also the work u do as a quant and a swe are pretty different
The code quality at tech companies is higher while at quant there isn't the same level of testing and code quality
