nah, you have more hope than that. I dont think thats how it works. Mine and a bunch of other peoples apps moved within seconds of applying when it came out. This stage just means it was given to the appropriate recruiter for that area

I applied with referral as well the day it came out, but unfortunately the word ive heard and the sentiment around microsoft referral ls is that unless your referrer puts the resume in front of a recruiters face, it doesn't make much difference

I would say between medium and hard difficulty, and don't rely on the test cases since scores are hidden for each question
