#First Internship 2024 - No experience just projects

Add a backend/database to your existing e-commerce store. It would add new technology and show you have some experience in the backend. A good start could be user authentication
the projects were group projects within a course i had to take so they tasked me with frontend responsibilities do you think what i had is decent enough to get an internship for a frontend position? im working on another project atm and doing backend stuff but id like to get an internship as soon as possible but ill definitely include it when i get more progressed in the project
also not sure if the white space at the bottom is acceptable im thinking of including working as a line chef in high school but idk if it should go under leadership or in experience
Maybe. Everyone and their mom that’s into web dev has react, tailwind on their resume. If you don’t care about the prestige you will surely find some internship eventually but it’s not optimal that these are the only four skills you have
I would try looking into a frontend tech stack you are interested in and build a project on your own outside of courses
I think course projects as an underclassmen are almost never worth putting on your resume
The white space definitely isn’t great
But there isn’t a need to fill it up with irrelevant work experiences
You can just try and build meaningful projects to fill in that void to show a passion for frontend development
ok i will do that thanks for taking some time to give me feedback i really appreciate it
