take off stack overflow
I’m not gonna be Mr. Nice guy. Your resume format is absolute shit. Like utter landfill trash. Your previous experience is solid, however. I suggest you search up ‘Jake’s Resume’ and reformat your whole resume based on that template. It is no surprise you are getting 0 responses which this embarrassment of a resume, especially for a CS major. Also, you are listing far too many skills. Cut the skills to half or a third of what you have now and put down another project you have created.
too many skills without projects or experience to back it up
take off stack overflow i’m begging
it’s the same
Using jakes template now
added some metrics value
For sre positions its hard to quantify the work because a lot of work it reliability related and doesnt transfer directly from KPI
I still decided to keep the stackoverflow because I think its a nice addition
I have also added another project
split up C/C++
theyre quite different
also no need for version imo but doesnt hurt ig
the stack overflow space could be much better used for a project i think
i think u could work on being concise w some of ur bullets
less is more sometimes esp when a recruiter is skimming u want them to get to important stuff as much as possible, if theyre spending time reading stuff that could be more concise theyre not spending that time reading the other stuff that shows more impact
like u have a vs code extension w 2k downloads i think a recruiter/hm would rather see stuff on that
pls remove stack overflow and fix the format :(. Being active in an online forum adds no credibility to your qualifications, you might as well put swimming as well. No seriously, if you wanna keep it make a hobbies section
