I'm sorry to hear that. If you don't mind answering, did you disclose the question was repeated during the onsite or did they realize it after the onsite?
I'm sorry about that. That is so unlucky
damn y would u do that
ngl
that's kinda on you, never give an inch in favour to the companies
literally why would you?
i will be hemming and hawwing my way to a 2sum solution like i only saw it for the first time
but still
for them to reject u without another interview? reward for your honesty?
that's so shitty
It's not that I had seen the question before on leetcode or something. They asked my the same question in my prev technical. So i didnt wanna risk anything in the case that my interviewers discussed what question they asked me
i dont think you could've done anything there that's just a fucked situation
if they found out themselves they would probably be like "why didn't you tell us that we asked this alr"
Yeah that's the situation I was trying to avoid. It would just be risky if they found out I was asked the same question but wasn't honest about it
goes to show just how disorganized they are
no @crystal oar made the right move
never disclose if u see the question in a DIFFERENT company
always disclose if u see the question in the SAME company
bc when the interviewers meet up and they realize they gave the same q twice its not a good look
it's a good look, they realize you were being efficient and thinking smart instead of thinking hard

real op move is do that for every problem that looks too hard until they give you an easier one
yeah this np hard problem? too easy i've already solved it. oh this trivial p problem? it's very hard i've never seen it
lol it's fine they reject everybody here, lots of ppl here aced the interview and got rejection
