Based on what I’ve heard, this basically means they’re not gonna move you forward. My recruiter said the same thing to me, but most people who are moved forward said their recruiter would just tell them “we’ll move you forward” at the end of the phone screen. The “pass your resume to the recruiting teams” thing is just a lip service to make you feel better. I’m expecting a rejection in a week lol.
