i cold applied when it first openend but then a recruiter reached out to me 2 weeks later which is when the process actually started

No experience and not really, just like 2 small projects I did over summer and a few leadership position at some orgs in my school

All I do is connect a lot on LinkedIn and reach out to recruiters here and there so maybe that helped me

Yea but u only get it if a recruiter reaches out to you or if you reach out to one and ask for it

I cold applied on mid August but then when the recruiter reached out 2 weeks later I got the OA the day after
