That sucks man. I'm sorry
Shit bro

damn HM giving you a strong hire wasnt enough
they dont deserve you!

nah this unreal, they must have negative hc
π
keep your head up big bro
they missed out fr

i swear netflix wants the shittest candidates
whatever bro u have bbg
fuck netflix its a PIP factory
idk they probably got a better candidate, it's a very competitive market
r u sure bro
people with 300s pass OA for netflix while 600s get rejected
they screen before OA too
i'm talking about interview stage
you still have to pass the interviews, clearly they're competent to pass Netflix's bar
I like they're giving people with little to no internships a chance
instead of the same people I see collecting internships getting the jobs at top places all the time
i mean even citadel asks 2sum
behavioral skills also matter, and you can't see that person's projects which also is taken into account
nah they doubted my goat
Netflix does not really care about experience. They know as a new grad you dont have any real experience and treat people as equals, no matter their background. They focus more on communication, problem-solving and culture fit rather than leetcode. I think its a pretty fair metric and doesnt lead to the "shittiest candidates"
as explained to me from an EM at Netflix
