yup citizen. Interned their twice and still didn't get return offer, I have the shittiest luck. Then for about 3 weeks after the 2nd internship I was interviewing for other SWE roles in the company. Finally one of them worked out.
Interview process is nothing like typical tech interviews. Mostly emphasis on behavioral interviews. Be knowledgeable and talk about your projects. Some interview circuits, depending on the role/posting have no technical interviews at all. Still good to know some Leetcode though, coding interviews are not uncommon at Costco.
Basically in my time at Costco thus far it seems they hire people who are in general chill. I've heard that they don't try to hire the most "aggressive" (in their career) people.
