I thought the opportunity was too good to pass up, I passed on big companies in the past and I think it’ll be a new challenge for me. Additionally the team match for Databricks wasn’t what I wanted and the comp for Netflix was significantly higher than both

#

I think I’d regret not choosing Netflix bc I’d always think “what if”

And if I don’t like it I can always leave
