I wouldn’t count this as normal time because:

I had the most disorganized recruiter I’ve ever experienced running the actual process

Not just for me, for other people I know that had her even for intern offer. I had to constantly email to get interviews scheduled after waiting for days

Sent me “next tech interview email” when I was only supposed to do 1, etc

wouldnt reach out to people Ik until day of interview and say they couldn’t find slots??

was terrible so my process was very delayed, had it been someone else I’d be thru the full process in 1 week

Also remember GHC happened last week so that doesn’t really count, also many people in processes at this point

I got expedited process cause I got their intern offer earlier in January for summer 23

also cause I mentioned I might be getting return offer for Dropbox

I did, so that was my competing offer

i guess it was because i only had java experience and they were probably taking only python,c++ folks. But then again why take so many interviews just to reject me over nothing 😪
