pretty sure referral is main reason. they literally have hundreds of campus/reachout candidates, so if you dont qualify for those programs, theyre going to choose the ones they handpicked over you

i mean, the link was for specific programs and initiatives. if the goal is to hire from those reachouts, your chances are lower. thats pretty logical lol

Tho for only a few people they got it

But now literally everyone either rej at tech1 2 or they got tech 3

My friend who attended GHC said that BB recruiters would reach out to them if interested. And that they’d give the link along with a special referral code and instructions .
