I don’t think I ever was. My portal still said “submitted” even when I got the email for the final. It only changed to “interview” once I scheduled my interviews. (I’m assuming transferred is a portal status but if not, sorry I don’t know what it is).

Transferred just means your application went to the coresspondeing recruiter, however right before interview invite people mention their application gets transferred to a new application
