• It's hardly an issue because you have substantial experience, but quantifying the impact of your leadership roles a little more using Google's“Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]” formula. I see what you accomplished and how you did it, but how did you measure it? Can you give any numbers or qualitative evidence?

• I'd put my Skills section at the bottom
