swift and obj-c on resume? and referral or no ref?
no swift/obj-c and no referral
I see
i have a personal react native app which mentions testflight on resume
do you know which team
Ty for answering
its under developer tools
vague but i get the gist, if you don’t mind saying, what’s the location
oh good luck! i think ik which team lol
xcode team?
@small silo this is from the application that went out today/yesterday?
probably from one of the random listings they have on their careers
lol nah applied mid-august
do u graduate may 2024?
december 2023
nice, good luck
that makes more sense lol, i got rejected for the exact role cuz may 2024 lol
they were like we hope to fill that req before i grad lol
ah yeah makes sense
@small silo what was your project that used testflight?
apple wants like the most specific things I need to target
just a simple react native app that i wanted to use personally
it depends on what teams have open roles and what they are looking for, so it is specific things but knowing what teams have opening would tremendously help lol
but that’s hard info to investigate for sure
ya i feel like it's luck if your resume matches
most common thing obv is obj c/swift.... I should make an app 😅
partially yes, the more specialized you are into something, higher the chance for sure
if you know a c variant usually for ng hiring is chill, nothing too crazy for swift and obj c as they know it’s only used at apple lol primarily, so it would maybe help but idk
ik people who have no knowledge of swift and obj c (like me and couple of other ngs) who made it through just knowing cpp and shit
very good to know... I'm just finishing up a cpp project that's kinda mid 😅
do u have cpp on resume? @small silo
