dude ur ego is too high, ur a fresh grad, ur not rly worth that much to be completely honest, the amount of ppl in tech is a pretty small % of swe’s. there’s so many swe’s that went through a cs major and then ended up getting an IT job. be thankful for ur offer and take it. then just dip when amazon takes u back in feb and make sure to remember us poor ppl when ur there

Na bruh i’m fr 😂 i was the same way when i got laid off, ik how it feels, i remember i was like im not gonna accept an offer lower than 170k, but then reality hits u, i’m giving pretty honest advice, just take the offer and dip when Zon takes u back

When i was working at amazon in 2022, i had no idea what the reality of cs was, i still thought everyone was getting 6 fig offers easily and only applying to like 50 places
