from what I've heard, they don't like it when people treat them as less than first choice
but I have heard somebody bringing oracle offer to nego and they bumped up the base a lil
i think if you approach it like "hey I have this other offer but I REALLY LOVE IXL, bump it up and I'll sign right away" kinda energy it might not do any harm?

hm that sounds doable, I'd say give it a try, just emphasize IXL is love IXL is life LOLL
is 90k the base for nc office? my recruiter told me base is usually 120k or maybe more if you do well on interview but ig that's for san mateo office?
