@weary kite @thick hinge hey lol I was told either of you two are good people to ask for resume advice
it is one page
never heard that one before that's interesting
duly noted
ill give it a shot
facts, thank you
What r ur thoughts on the actual changes to the skills section content
change “enabled thousands” to a real number in first experience
does "1000+" work
try to format your projects in a way where you can include the programming languages and the project link
yes
i’ll give you an example you can go ahead and copy it
is that latex? if so would u mind showing me how its written lol
it is latex, it’s simple literally just put your project link and date together
and put project name and technologies together
ah ya I figured it out
do u think the little link logo is necessary
to add to mine
icon* whatever you'd call it
yes do it
also each bullet point needs to define how your task helped the company, i’ll list each bullet that doesn’t necessarily do that
some bullets you kinda just described what you did, but you didn’t tie to back to the company
kk
1,
that’s all
then your bullets are really generic, think about it like this, if I can copy and post your bullets to another company, it’s NOT specific enough
there’s an easy fix, start using names and products
instead of saying enhanced application say enhanced (xxx) application
oh ok I had that before but felt no one would really care to know the specific name
also little confused which bullet points didn't I tie back to the company? The first one?
yes bullet 1 from the top
it doesnt have a mission or end goal it’s just a description
I see
I see
please
appreciate it
can u send the code for the icon please
\RequirePackage{fontawesome}
and then just use \faExternalLink
also the skills section, does it still need any changes? went from this:
to what it is now
@thick hinge
Yes absolutely add more technologies to the projects, I thought of this before you even said it
the skills section is perfect
your resume is perfect now, especially the experience do you see how it brought it to life
keep the blue, the color is nice, all black and white resume is kind of dull, and the blue distinguishes the links
also complete Aside, make sure you use a REAL image for your linkedin
ur too handsome to Ai generate that shit bro
