u had to tie ur answers into why u want to work at discover

without being explicitly told to do so

it helps me a lot

so yea I sucked his dick like "I use the discover card rn as a student because theres a discover on campus" and "I love payment processes and im fascinated with how discover processes so much data" blah blah blah

the other point of my severe pessimism is that u get told u r moved on during the phone screen

mine talked to me about next steps, does that count? They didnt tell me I was getting a second interview they just talked to me about the next technical steps

They said they are kinda busy with campus recruiting recently

So yea it might take some time
