That being said I agree w a majority of the comments, these recruiters review thousands of resumes a week, they will not make it past the first of the resume. You want to make it so that your resume can be skimmed be a recruiter and still be impressed.

this is too long imo. I don't think a summary section is necessary, but even if you really want to keep it, it's best if you keep it short (2-3 lines, maybe?). It currently has a lot of fluff. Like eliminate fluff, same with the unique section. I'd ideally eliminate both the sections entirely, as well as a lot of the other stuff like some other comments have suggested, to make it one page. But at the end of the day if you don't want to, it's up to you. Plus also (I may be wrong) it looks like you are in egypt, maybe things are different in egypt and the advice here is more US centric? But yeah, I guess I don't have any more to say than what's already been said

Hi, this is something you can express in your existing bullet points. Repeating yourself after each doesn't serve a purpose and makes your resume difficult to parse through quickly. Making use of templates like Jake's resume are great, I'm not sure what issues you've seen, but thousands of people at FAANG+ have gotten offers using them.
Please keep in mind the average time recruiters spend looking at a resume is just 7.4 seconds. In 7.4 seconds, it seems to impossible to extract any useful information from your resume, especially when you have 4 pages to split that across.

One thing I will say about cutting down to 1-2 pages (ideally 1). This information doesn’t come from the a bunch of new grads who know nothing. Most of it is relayed from T10 university career advisors from what they are told directly from recruiters from FAANG+ companies. This isn’t made of information in the US. @fluid meadow if you really want to keep that summary, the strat would be to push all your experience and education on to the first page, then put summary and selected projects on the 2nd page, in that sense it's a 1 page resume (recruiters can quickly skim your info from the 1st page, and HMs can dig deeper into the 2nd page if they want)

To be honest with you, if they didn't give feedback on those parts the only explanation is that they thought extremely negatively of it. People don't want to tear into others that they just met and potentially start a confrontation, argument, or hurt their feelings, so it is better for them to just plainly say it was not useful and they skipped it.
This should be a social cue you should have picked up on, and you can't trust what people say just because they are a recruiter or hiring manager if they don't trust you enough to be honest with you. As you've shown before, the first impression of the resume matters a lot on how recruiters spend time on it, and if the first page is full of useless information, why would they go to the second?
Please keep in mind that people in this server are not outright malicious like you have come to imply. With anonymity online, there comes a kind of honesty that can seem brutal to some. Like someone else said, if you want to learn about fishing ask the fisherman not the fish. The honest advice of dozens of people who passed FAANG resume screens is infinitely better than a couple recruiters or hiring managers not telling like it is.
