- Imo "fully-functional" isn't the best term to describe a project. It being functional is the bare minimum.
- The bullets for your extracurriculars are too long. Break them up into 2.
- Did you not use Next.js for your econm site? If not, did you use React 18 with SSR?
- The bullet for your latest work experience is far too big. Should be broken down into multiple.
- You mentioned you worked on the C# api, so I'd write it in "Languages"

collaborative team effort really doensn't say much
if u have work experience, you probably worked with others
definitely break apart your firstbullt point
also mabye censor your ECs a bit more if u want to hide your identit
Honestly one of the cleanest/most visually cohesive resumes I’ve seen
I wouldn’t bold dates unless you think that adds value
I would split first work exp into two bullets
I would flesh out your projects and cut down extracurricular. And I would move skills either above education or just below
Generally projects > ec
Unless you have some insane ec like math contest or programming contest etc
Depends tho
you have a very solid resume - i would honestly keep any vocab that is indicative of your ux/ui expertise - having your toes in both swe and design is quite synergistic for frontend-oriented teams.
i would put tech skills last, projects second to last, and actually your ECs are great
for some reason cs majors neglect the impact of leadership positions in extracurriculars (non technical or not) when that’s the one aspect of their resume that is lacking - you can pad your resume with all the technicals in the world but you also need to demonstrate to recruiters soft skills
i’d expand on those two EC roles

BROOOOO 💀
💀
Np, glad to help
Ahhh, I c
From your resume it seems like you're more interested in doing frontend/design stuff
So I'd recommend you do a Next.js project as well
It's a good way to learn about SPA vs MPA
You mentioned that you followed a tutorial
I think it's fine to build projects that follow tutorials
But a good way to learn more from them
Is to adapt them and truly make them your own
Instead of just following the "Make a Reddit Clone" tutorial exactly
Follow the tutorial and instead make a book sharing forum
Also if you want an idea for a more backend heavy project
Build a full stack app around one of the one-click deploy models from this site
It has a free tier as well iirc
remove “.” in lines and make it more bullet pointy instead of paragraphy @gusty crypt
I think you should bold your metrics/outcomes from your internships instead of the technologies used
ye having multiple jobs is defo a plus point resume wise
you should remove descriptions
your ruesme alrsays this
yes
get rid of the objective intro stuff
Work Experience 1:
- Two bullets, too wordy each. Each should take one line.
Work Experience 2:
- Hosted $1b in projects using ...
- One line, impact first
Sunnybun:
- Fully functional bad. Split ideas into bullets with different things achieved. Too wordy.
GoalGetter:
-Idea 1 (summary)
-Implemented cross paltform using react native
MoonyTheCat:
-both bullets could be removed and replaced
Skills:
-nothing really, maybe too muhc text in one spot
ECs 1:
-a lot of words for a lot of nothing :(
EC 2:
-same
the format and structure is good for sure, would defintiely rewrite this entire thing though

I would start with a major rewrite emphasizing impact first for all your roles
Then, fix your projects
your projects are bascially the same skills 3 times
try to diversify
and go in more depth
one good project is worth a thousand scripts idk
the resume is not bad at all
but has a lot of room for imporvement
good luck
maybe expand on one of the projects or do a project for fun
this is ur most importatns zn
i get cool ideas all of the time
ye that's the same problem
i think a method is to pick the easiest idea
since that's usually the best
also hackathons are nice to dish out quick projects
since u have a deadline
TA is big big plus
bro im still ghosted for a grader position
i should probably follow up
i do recommend just applying with as many fixes as u can asap, ur resume is strong as it is and u alr have gotten responses from it
just that timing is the most limiting factor rn
You got offer from jpmc?
what tutorial u doing
yes but try to add on to them in your own way
like if a tutorial is buil;ding a site, add something more to the site to make it your own
