#Rising sophomore looking for feedback for SWE!

Having the title of engineering manager will probably hurt you more than help. You’re still a student.
You might want to rename it to Product Manager Intern.
Interesting, thank you! That seems to make sense. Is it just because of seniority and what they would think compared to my experience level?
And other than that detail, I'm not sure how the rest of my resume spans out?
So when someone is an engineering manager, they expect someone with 5+ YOE as a SWE.
The grammar at the end of the first bullet needs fixing
Even though this is your current position, make sure it’s all past tense
Sorry just to clarify, which part do you mean by end of my first bullet (I'm guessing the "leading team of 20 students..." one)?
“For updating data points without internet.” Sounds grammatically off to me. I’m guessing the data isn’t allowed to traverse the internet?
@vivid merlin what's a good way to rephrase "head of engineering" if that was what your role was called
Product Manager Intern.
Ok thanks
Quick follow-up on this: would changing it from EM to Engineering Manager Intern make it better too, compared to Product Manager Intern?
It would be kinda weird to see that, as it’s not common in the industry.
CEO intern
Ah I see, thank you!
ah i see
But putting down SWE instead of SWE intern might be stretching too much.
