wait isn't the oa auto
i might reapply since i didn't get the oa
o wait i applied for cfg
that's why
@languid heart should i also apply to the normal internship
I dont see why you shouldnt be able to
I applied 3 and half hours ago
guess my resume is just shit for ATS parsing
Took ~6 hours for me after applying
Idk
What is cfg?
code for good
i passed walmart resume screen so far however i updated my resume since then
it's a hackathon that's almost a free jpm offer lol
the hackathon is the final round
really hope I get selected for C4G
yeah same I updated resume too
damn that's sick wtf
Haven’t heard back applied around 3 hours ago
I guess they send in batches or something
at the very least last year the oa was auto and they resume screened after
some people ik didn't even get the oa but it's prob bc they applied late or rng
did you get interview?
😔
You will turn around this cycle trust trust
heard back yet ?
nope have u
Nope

it’s all auto - just completed so we’ll see where it goes from there
did cfg close
no ?
yes it closed i took all the offers after speedrunning all oas and phones with different identities

did anyone do the OA yet ?
everyone did the oa - get on it
I got an LC hard and an LC medium, both were fairly easy though
Next Permutation and Reaching Points
@lofty shadow nice seeing u here lol
I got Next Permutation as well
👋
I felt that one was harder than Reaching Points to be honest
Though Reaching Points is literally just modular arithmetic, so it's very easy
damn, at least they were both fairly easy for you. I am not good at LC yet lolol. I was only able to pass 7 test cases because I got TLE for the rest because I used a brute force approach lmao. I'm not going to be selected to move forward with this process, but it was an important lesson for me to acknowledge how much better I will have to get
Unfortunate, good luck with your practice
thanks so much! hope you are selected to move forward
Thank you!
looking forward to one day seeing !JPMorgan Chase offer from you
About this, were you brute forcing because you ran out of time?
No, I brute forced because I legit didn't know an approach to permutations, so I used itertools permutation haha. Got desperate and just had to try something
L szn for me haha
then you proceed to conquer the problem
epic
you figuring out the approach on the spot makes you deserving an offer right now
No need for more interviews lmaoo
Is it that hard to do so?
I just worked out a few examples on paper
And noticed a pattern
I think for these kinds of problems, just manually working through some cases helps a lot
I am honestly not a great person to ask about LC, so I could be way off base, but I think that intuitively solving more difficult LC mediums and hards on the spot is a tough task for many
I see
was the hackerrank proctored?
