but it seems like you can just put your certifications on one or two lines

You’ve got unnecessary info in your skills section and stuff in the wrong place. Example, take out microsoft word. Php and css should be moved to languages

I would also take out aws saa until you pass the exam.

Move your education to the top cuz you just graduated

Combine scripting and programming languages to one section called languages

Your security skills section seems unnecessary. I would really only keep splunk and wireshark

In your SWE intern position, you list off you used python and c++, but it’s not reflected in your bullets. I would try to add something related to them
