your resume is inconsistent and lack anything telling me you want to be a swe. im not trying to be rude but build up some sort of swe skill(web dev, cloud, etc) before looking at swe roles.
like for example, there are no personal projects related to swe or programming in general.

Hey! Not being rude, but the entire resume is basically garbage! Firstly, change up your template use Jakes resume from online! Secondly, you should only have arizona state in ur education...remove everything else! Next, fix up your skills section, employers dont give a shit about u knowing supply chain or chinese, seperate ur skills into languages and technologies! For experience, remove boys scout and city council nobody gives a fuck, and make sure the 2 experiences sever management and founder ones are consistent they follow the same format! Add a couple projects and even with these changes i feel its a longshot to land big tech or unicorns which are much harder nowadays. Try looking for swe internships thru cold emailing early startups thru YC and angelist!
