Some of these people have like Netflix, etc. No way they're gonna leave those companies for Coinbase, especially with Coinbase having low return offer percentages. Coinbase knows that, they're gonna save their time/money.
Maybe they plan to do off-season in the future, because I remember someone had to wait and re-apply and re-interview for fall since they declined their summer offer last time
