Had a message for verbal two weeks ago. Today they said they are rescinding because too many people who were previously at FB have left the company so quickly.
Therefore they are blacklisting all offers with anybody with Facebook for a time being

Yep this is so Veeva. The CEO has veto power and reviews every offer, so it commonly takes 2-3 weeks. And coming from MAANG+ you’re automatically at a disadvantage because they assume this is just a stopping point along the way to higher TC.
