I applied sept 12, got an OA sept 14th and then got an email to decide an interview date 11/16, then I did my official interview 1/9 and got an offer 1/13-1/15

yeah I have no idea why they took so long, I might not take it though because the position was based in michigan and I'm in california
they did offer a remote position under the same title but I didn't get an interview for that application, only the michigan one.
