I would get rid of VS Code because if you know JS it is expected you use these tools,
For your bullet points, they are mostly duty based. Try to make them accomplishment based
so your co-chef app, its cool that you made it but what good did that do? did it get used by people? did it help you solve a problem you were facing? Why did you make it?
for example, if you used react and taught yourself react just for this, in a matter of weeks, then that is good because that tells the employer you are a fast learner.
