Firstly I would switch to one of these formats: https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/awesome-cv/dfnvtnhzhhbm or https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/jakes-resume/syzfjbzwjncs. These resumes parse well, so it's just a safer bet to use them (I use them myself)

Your education section is poorly organized imo. You have a lot of bullet points under each school but its hard to quickly glance at them and understand them. I would suggest formatting them like I do in my resume: https://knlnks.github.io/resume/Kunalan_Kevin_Subagaran_Resume.pdf.
-
You mention a lot of points again in your leadership section. I would cut it entirely and just put each bullet with it's matching experience.
-
Some of your bullets are far too long. Bullets should not be listing every technology you've used. They also shouldn't be more than a sentence worth of content.
-
I don't understand what you mean by
Added UNIX commands.... Do you mean scripts? -
You should be using past tense in bullets.
-
Read this article: https://www.inc.com/bill-murphy-jr/google-recruiters-say-these-5-resume-tips-including-x-y-z-formula-will-improve-your-odds-of-getting-hired-at-google.html. You should be formatting your bullets like the article says. For ex. you could write
Presented research results at the 2021 GMIS conference.->Presented research results to over 200 industry professionals at the 2021 GMIS conference.. -
Also imo you should mention the award you won at GMIS in the experience instead at the bottom.
-
Imo you are lacking in description for your work at GoDaddy. You said you worked on developing new web hosting features and DDoS prevention. Can you expand on those and maybe mention some more features/work you did in-depth?
-
Never group skills by proficiency. Check out my resume for a way to group skills: https://knlnks.github.io/resume/Kunalan_Kevin_Subagaran_Resume.pdf.
-
Your project descriptions are boring imo. Try and add metrics and reword them.

This is a lot of advice, but I’ll take note of everything and rework it all. I wasn’t able to do much at GoDaddy and maybe I should just exclude the Unix stuff. Maybe add that I was a scrum master at some point?
if you didn't do that much i would still talk about it
I’ll have to get on my PC and rework this entire thing.
you can dress up the point to make it sound more impressive as well
also i wouldn't mention if you mostly did scrum master work. it doesnt really help your case for software engineer jobs imo.
It’s hard to fill the gaps when the work wasn’t as intense as they’d like.
well can you maybe mention one thing you did do?
even if it seems small
maybe i can help beef it up
I’ll look back at notes and see what I did.
Maybe in VC once I’m done with the fall semester.
vc?
I need every single edge.
