Today got offer call with team specs and stuff

What do you mean by got hiring committee yesterday? Did recruiter email you saying hc passed yesterday?

Recruiter called me yesterday telling me I passed interviews and that all that is left is for hiring committee to review my application and give thumbs up (which he said would happen in 20 mintes)

He then emailed me telling me he has good news and that he would love to call me today.

My recruiter is actually messing with me.. he told me I passed interviews and all that's left is for hiring committee to review and he said that two weeks ago... if I email for follow ups he just said it's stuck at hiring committee somehow
