#When'd you apply?

So is it automatic then?
I mean based on the turnaround time
That's what I would guess
@hollow sleet
we can only guess
ive seen oas sent within 5 seconds
that's a true auto
not at IMC btw
at other companies
imc took a couple days to send an OA so that's probably not auto
Right yeah like C1 I get what you mean
but again
there's no way to know
because im not an imc recruiter
end of the day it doesn't make a difference whether its auto or not
Fair point
well
as an applicant
you get an oa
what does it matter if its instantly or after 2 weeks
there's no difference
I think there is, in the case that you have the knowledge of whether or not it is automatic
For me personally
that knowledge does nothing
what benefit does it bring you
how does it help your application
Knowing if I passed resume or not
you'll know if you passed resume if you move on to next steps after auto oa
since to go to next steps you need both resume and oa
In which case, the ordering doesn't matter because either way
exactly
lol np
Either way good luck to you, and sorry if the question offended as well :p
